Appeared to have only one person on staff and not well trained. There was no protocol in place for that type of incident. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, causing panic to the guests. There was leftover food left in the mini fridge that had mold on the seals. The tub and shower head were old, out dated, and sore to the eye. There was a mural missing on the wall leaving in view screw holes and an unpainted area. The room itself smelled old and like mildew throughout. One side entrance was missing the handle on the outside. The main floors were not cleaned and vaccumed for some time. When you first walk in, it seems pleasant and smells very nice.
